Job summary

Collins Aerospace provides a remote Program Integration leadership role focusing on driving a consistent approach to customer engagement across business units. The role requires regular liaison with the customer, on-site presence in Richmond, VA as needed, and active management of aftermarket programs and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years in sales, customer service, or aerospace aftermarket environment.
• Previous people leadership and sales/customer service experience in an aftermarket aviation spare parts business.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage strategic accounts with revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction results.

Responsibilities

• Lead program integration across Collins SBUs and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Coordinate fulfillment of all Contractual Aftermarket Requirements by SBUs.
• Drive improvements to customer scorecards and key performance metrics.
• Support performance improvement initiatives (spares, repairs, and proposals).
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage the customer relationship to ensure service levels and satisfaction.
