Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead customer-focused program execution at the Durham, NH site. This onsite role connects Operations, SIOP, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Contracts to translate delivery constraints into clear execution plans and keep commitments aligned with cost, schedule, and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing programs, projects, or product lines with responsibility for cost, schedule, performance, and customer commitments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, or Contracts.
• Experience working directly with customers in a program management or customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Site Operations Lead as the onsite representative.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor program plans, schedules, milestones, and priorities.
• Communicate delivery plans, risks, and opportunities to customers.
• Prepare program updates and progress reports.
• Lead strategic planning and translate priorities into execution plans.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions including resources and contract changes.
• Support business growth strategies and new opportunities.
• Lead programs through all phases from initiation to completion.
• Serve as primary customer interface for requirements and performance.
• Manage contract lifecycle including cost, schedule, and delivery commitments.
• Support P&L, sales, EBIT, and recovery objectives.
• Promote CORE principles and continuous improvement.
