Job summary

Teledyne FLIR seeks a Senior Program Manager to oversee budgets, labor planning and cross‑functional coordination across multiple departments. You will drive projects from initiation to delivery, manage customer relationships and implement plans to meet quality and cost objectives.

The role requires extensive program management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive program management experience.
• Minimum 15+ years in related project management roles; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong ability to read, analyze and present program-related data and reports.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems; security clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget analysis, labor planning and cross‑functional coordination.
• Mediate internal issues and align priorities for timely delivery.
• Monitor and drive project completion from initiation to delivery.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Develop schedules, plans and manpower for assigned areas.
• Prepare status reports and recovery plans when risks arise.
