Teledyne Brown Engineering seeks a Project Engineer to lead and support complex defense manufacturing programs. The role blends technical leadership with program management, requiring collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

The candidate will review technical requirements, assess risks, support readiness reviews, and participate in customer discussions while helping with cost estimates and financial forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, Project Engineering, or Manufacturing Program Support.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Ability to own broad project responsibilities and lead discussions with customers.

Responsabilités

• Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for assigned manufacturing and development programs. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to ensure manufacturability and execution readiness.
• Program Execution: Support execution of active projects through all phases of the program lifecycle.
• Customer & Contract Management: Participate in customer meetings, program reviews, and internal status updates; review SOWs and contract requirements.
• Financial & Business Support: Assist with cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts; monitor program performance and manage scope changes.
