Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering required.
• 7-10 years mechanical engineering experience, preferably in defense, military, or ruggedized systems.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks; familiarity with ASME Y14.5 and Y14.100 standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze mechanical systems including moving assemblies (masts, booms, supports).
• Develop 3D CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks per ASME standards.
• Apply DFM/DFA to optimize manufacturability and reliability.
