Job summary

Teledyne FLIR Defense seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead DoD programs, owning performance, costs, schedules, and customer commitments. You will interface with engineering, software, supply chain, contracts, finance, quality, and security while driving program reviews and leadership updates.

You will manage SOW/CLIN/CDRL requirements, develop robust plans, and guide recovery actions to keep programs on track. DoD experience is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or related field preferred.
• 5-8+ years in program/project management or DoD contract leadership.
• Experience managing DoD contracts in a FAR/DFARS environment.

Responsibilities

• Own program performance: cost, schedule, commitments, satisfaction, and delivery.
• Lead program reviews, risk reviews, and leadership updates.
• Serve as primary customer contact for assigned programs.
• Ensure contract requirements, SOW/CLINs/CDRLs are translated into practical plans.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, and recovery plans.
• Monitor funding, burn rate, ETC/EAC, revenue, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with engineering, software, supply chain, contracts, and finance.
