Murray Resources - Best Staffing Agency is seeking an Account Manager / Project Integrator to embed within a large pharmaceutical capital delivery program in Houston. You will connect people and information across the program and keep the team aligned so milestones are achieved safely and on time.

In this role you will coordinate design, production and site leadership, own the program playbook, and anticipate needs six weeks out.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years in communications, program management, creative production, or a comparable role where you owned outcomes rather than tasks.
• Experience in a large, complex organization and understanding how decisions get made there.
• Ability to operate without clear direction and deliver quality results.
• Strong writing under time pressure and ability to hold a room of senior leaders.
• Generalist mindset with know-how to involve specialists when needed.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to align stakeholders early on high-stakes initiatives.
• Willing to be highly visible while not seeking credit.

Responsibilities

• Move decisions, not just information; connect the right people to an answer and close it out.
• Arrive with a recommendation and a proposed path even with incomplete information.
• Own the program's communication cadence: leadership updates, all-hands, milestone recaps.
• Anticipate needs and prepare six weeks out for upcoming program requirements.
• Direct creative teams with enough context to deliver high-quality work.
• Refine and maintain the program playbook day to day.
• Spot and address needs before they are voiced; enable the program to run smoothly.
