Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years in communications, program management, creative production, or a comparable role with ownership of outcomes
• Experience inside a large, complex organization and understanding of how decisions get made
• Ability to act with incomplete information and propose paths forward
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Move decisions by coordinating the right people and ensuring clear relay between parties
• Present recommendations and proposed paths when raising problems
• Set and own the program's communication cadence (leadership updates, all-hands, milestone recaps)
• Anticipate needs and prepare for upcoming program requirements
• Brief design and production teams with sufficient context to enable best work
• Maintain and update a living program playbook
