Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar with 7-10 years of marketing firm experience.
• Ability to operate without clear direction and produce remarkable work.
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage cross-functional marketing communications for programs and Lilly partnership.
• Set cadence for leadership updates, milestone recaps, and site-wide visibility.
• Provide strategic recommendations with actionable paths when issues arise.
• Coordinate with design, video, and production teams to deliver marketing materials and communications.
