Senior Account Manager / Project Integrator role within a fast-growing communications and creative agency, embedded in a capital delivery program for a large pharmaceutical manufacturer. You will connect people and information across the program, keeping leadership aligned to deliver on time and safely.

You will own the program's communications cadence, build work-back schedules, and bring recommendations with incomplete information.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years in communications, program management, creative production, or a comparable role.
• Experience in a large, complex organization with visibility into decision-making processes.
• Implemented work with incomplete information and delivered solid results.
• Strong written and verbal communication under time pressure.
• Generalist by design, knows when to involve specialists.
• Proactively raise issues and assemble the right people early.
• Comfortable being highly visible yet not always credited.

Responsibilities

• Move decisions, not just information, and ensure accurate relay between parties.
• Arrive with a recommendation and a proposed path.
• Set the program's communication rhythm and schedule.
• Anticipate upcoming needs and prepare six weeks ahead.
• Direct creative teams with sufficient context; you are not the designer.
• Refine the living playbook for the program.
• Capture needs before voiced and anticipate director's calendar.
