Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Manager of Program Finance to own end-to-end financial leadership for complex Commercial and DoD programs. You will oversee product costing, funding, EAC rigor, and governance, partnering with Program Management and Contracts to optimize performance and drive strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Ownership of EAC development and forecasting discipline with proactive risk identification and corrective action.
• Working knowledge of government contracting fundamentals (FAR/DFARS) and partnership with Contracts and Program Management.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/production finance (COGS, inventory, variances, unit economics) in hardware/production environment.
• Advanced Excel/modeling skills; strong systems orientation (ERP + reporting/tooling).
• Track record of leading cross-functional workstreams with Program, Engineering, Ops, and Contracts stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own program financial performance for complex commercial and government contracts from award through execution and closeout.
• Lead EAC and forecast governance: set standards, build/maintain EACs, drive variance/root-cause analysis, and manage risk/opportunity tracking with mitigation actions.
• Partner with Program Management and Contracts on CLIN structure, funding, burn, billing, contract modifications, and reporting.
• Lead monthly FP&A forecasting with focus on program changes driving financial shifts.
• Drive production and unit-economics insights: margin, COGS, inventory, production variances, and cost-reduction opportunities with Ops/Supply Chain.
• Support planning deliverables (AOP/LRP): consolidate bottoms-up program outlooks and align with leadership commitments.
• Operate performance management (EVM where applicable): support baseline management and interpret variances; prepare for reviews and audits.
• Build scalable processes and tooling with templates, dashboards, models to handle increasing program volume.
• Communicate clearly to leadership: deliver narratives and memos for Autonomous Airpower leadership and Division Finance.
• Hire and develop analysts; set standards for analytical quality, controls, and stakeholder management.
• Ad-hoc analysis for Business Cases and broader impacts to financial results.
