Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Finance Manager to lead the FP&A function for the Frontier Systems Division, overseeing monthly close, forecasting, and executive reporting. You will partner with program management and engineering to translate OpEx into actionable financial plans and forecasts.

The role requires 4+ years in financial analysis, a finance degree, and strong Excel/modeling skills. TS/SCI clearance is desired.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.
4+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting in corporate FP&A.
Experience supporting program finance, execution cadence, or defense contracting is a plus.
Strong time management and ability to multitask under pressure.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Own financial operating rhythm: monthly close insights, forecasting, and variance drivers.
Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles with resource allocation and performance tracking.
Develop executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and narratives for leadership.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to surface risks and opportunities early.
Support program performance management by tracking actuals vs forecast.
Contribute to pricing strategy and proposals as needed.
Drive process improvements in planning, forecasting, and reporting.
