Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Business Management 2 in Orlando, FL, to lead financials for the Mission Data Management unit. You will manage a team of program control analysts, oversee forecasting, budgeting, and EACs, and drive strategic financial planning and reporting for senior leadership.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility, SAP and Cobra EVMS experience, and strong leadership and analytical skills. Onsite work in Orlando is required with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7 years of related finance/accounting/program control experience, or Master’s with 5 years.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and EVMS software (Cobra).
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret clearance.

• Oversee all financials for the business area and partner with the manager.
• Lead a team of program control analysts supporting multiple programs.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, EACs, and financial reports for senior management.
