Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Northridge, CA is seeking a Business Management Manager 2 to lead financial execution for the Advanced Weapons Systems program. You will direct a team of Program Control Analysts, ensuring compliance and providing inputs to forecasting and profitability analyses.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience (or a Master’s with 6 years), knowledge of DOD contracting, EVM, SAP, and the ability to travel about 10% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8 years of experience in finance, accounting or program control; Master’s with 6 years acceptable.
• Understanding of DOD contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and government budgeting/forecasting.
• Proven people leadership and proposal/BOE experience.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office; ability to travel domestically ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program financial execution objectives.
• Head a team of Program Control Analysts to support program execution and compliance.
• Provide timely inputs to forecasting and profitability determinations.
• Oversee EV reporting, budgeting, EAC, and financial reporting activities.
• Lead IBRs, audits, and other financial assurance engagements.
• Develop strategic forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Prepare and review Estimates-at-Complete.
