Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Manager Business Management 2 in Melbourne, FL. The role oversees integration of financial planning, reporting and compliance for a large unit within the Strike Division Business Management team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in finance/business management or higher degrees with fewer years.
Experience developing and managing financial goals and monthly reporting.
Experience presenting financial information and risk assessments to leadership.
Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance within a reasonable time.
Willingness to travel 10% or more.

Responsibilities

Provide financial business analysis and reporting with clear communication to management on status and analyses.
Coordinate with contracts, pricing, proposal development, accounting, planning & financial control, and scheduling.
Coordinate cost and schedule analyses to stay within negotiated parameters and guidelines.
Support proposal preparation, fact-finding and contract negotiations as needed.
Collaborate with Business and IPTs on internal/external interactions, EVMS implementation and CAM duties; mentor PMs/CAMs; review EACs and variances.
Drive uncompromising quality, accountability, and achievement of financial goals and team performance.
