Job summary

Draper seeks a budget-focused financial partner to lead internal budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis for investment projects and operations in Cambridge, MA. You will collaborate with project teams and senior leaders to translate concepts into executable plans and track progress against cost and technical expectations.

The role emphasizes strong Excel and accounting skills, with 5+ years of related experience and the ability to present complex financial information to all management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline required. Master's Degree Preferred
• Requires 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the aggregation of budgets and reporting for internal investment projects, revenue, fee, cash flow, and other discretionary types.
• Establish initial budgets and report on performance using KPIs.
• Communicate with leaders from remote locations to provide financial guidance.
• Translate concepts into executable plans for baseline development and progress measurement.
• Support development of deliverables and ad hoc audits as required.
• Assist with communication of financial information for PMRs and QBRs.
