Job summary

The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis for internal investment projects and operations.

You will partner with leaders to establish baselines and provide KPI-driven insights to guide decision making. Required: 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Security clearance may be required.
• Ability to communicate with leadership and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead aggregation of internal budgets and reporting for investment projects, revenue, fee, cash flow.
• Establish budgets and report on budget performance with KPI-based analyses.
• Communicate financial guidance to leaders across remote locations.
• Translate concepts into executable budget plans and baseline development activities.
• Support deliverables and audits as needed.
• Assist in PMRs and QBRs with financial messaging.
