Draper is seeking a seasoned finance partner to establish budget baselines, track performance, and deliver actionable financial insights to project leaders. This role supports teams developing technology and infrastructure for tomorrow, with emphasis on accuracy, KPI-driven analysis, and effective communication across remote sites.

The candidate should have 5+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred), and be prepared for government security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline required. Master's Degree Preferred.
• Requires 5+ years of related experience.
• Applicants selected for this position may be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Leads aggregation of internal budgets and reporting for investment projects, revenue, fees, cash flow, and other discretionary types.
• Establish initial budgets and report on budget performance with KPI-based analytics.
• Communicate effectively with leaders from remote locations to provide financial guidance and support.
• Bridge concepts into executable plans to support baseline development for cost and technical expectations.
• Supports development of deliverables and ad hoc tasks, audits, and internal/external reviews.
