Job summary

Draper is seeking a finance-focused professional to lead budget aggregation and reporting for internal investment projects. The role requires strong budgeting, KPI tracking, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to leaders across remote locations.

The candidate will establish initial budgets, monitor performance, and support the development of financial baselines for programs, while assisting with audits and deliverables as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Master's degree preferred for career progression.
• Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Ability to present financial information to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads aggregation of internal budgets and reporting for projects and investments.
• Establishes budgets and reports budget performance using KPIs.
• Communicates financial guidance to leaders at multiple locations.
• Contributes to development of cost and technical baselines for programs.
