Job summary

Draper is seeking a financial partner to establish budgets, monitor performance, and report progress to leaders across teams. You will bring hands-on financial acumen to programs shaping tomorrow's technology and infrastructure.

In this role, you will lead budget aggregation for investments, perform KPI-based analyses, and communicate insights to remote stakeholders while supporting audits and deliverables as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline required.
• Requires 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with budgeting and financial performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leads aggregation of internal budgets and reporting for investment projects, revenue, fee, cash flow, and other discretionary types.
• Establish initial budgets and report on budget performance using KPIs.
• Communicates financial guidance to leaders from remote locations.
• Bridge concepts into executable plans to support baseline development activities.
• Supports development of deliverables and internal/external audits as required.
