Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Finance/Budget Analyst who will establish budgets, track performance, and report findings to senior leaders.

You will partner with project teams across locations, support audits, and contribute to cost control and investment decisions. A Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience are expected. A government security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in budgeting/finance.
• Experience with budget consolidation, forecasting, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Leads aggregation of internal budgets and reporting for projects and cash flow.
• Establishes budgets and reports budget performance with KPIs.
• Communicates financial guidance to leaders at remote locations.
• Translates concepts into executable plans for baseline development.
• Supports development of financial deliverables and audits as needed.
