Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to manage strategic cross-functional programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. The role drives go-to-market initiatives, regional and functional alignment, and develops robust project plans, RACIs, and success metrics.

The position is hybrid, based in the US, with in-office 3 days per week, and requires strong multi-stakeholder collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement across Sage's global

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in program management, PMO, or business operations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder programs and matrixed organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communications across a distributed audience.
• Strong change management and business acumen to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communication strategies.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support.
• Drive projects with governance and change impact assessment across ROB model.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Resolve issues and promote continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Establish performance indicators and success metrics; report to executive leadership.
• Advise team members on processes, policies, and reporting requirements.
