Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems seeks a Program Director to lead assigned CTS programs, reporting to the Assistant General Manager. You will manage profits, build stakeholder relationships, and optimize costs, ensuring on-time, on-budget program delivery.

You will develop and execute the annual operating plan, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires coordinating with regional and global teams and frequent interaction with customers at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 15+ years in technical/program roles, including 12+ in leadership.
• Demonstrates ability to define organizational vision and lead executive-level planning across diverse functional areas.
• Program Leadership: Proven success leading complex infrastructure or technology programs over $100M, including integrated hardware/software delivery.
• Financial & Performance Management: Accountable for full program P&L, with expertise in ETC, EAC, CPI, and SPI to drive financial and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution and ensure contractual compliance.
• Manage cross-functional teams, resources, and milestones.
• Develop and implement the annual operating plan and Strategic Plan.
• Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships and act as escalation point.
• Oversee cost-to-complete forecasts and risk mitigation.
