Cubic Transportation Systems in New York seeks a Program Director to lead assigned programs, owning P&L, coordinating across internal teams and with customers to ensure successful delivery. You will drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and executive-level stakeholder engagement, while maintaining compliance with contract terms and performance metrics.

The role demands 15+ years in technical/program leadership, PMP certification, and proven ability to manage multi-hundred-million-dollar

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in technical/program roles, including 12+ in leadership; PMP certified.
• Experience leading programs >$100M with hardware/software delivery.
• Strong requirements traceability and contract/claims experience.

Responsibilities

• Program Execution: ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and contractual compliance.
• Leadership: direct/indirect teams, provide clear direction and performance feedback.
• Stakeholder Management: build relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Resource & Schedule: plan resources, manage schedule, ensure timely completion.
• Financial & Performance: manage P&L, ETC, EAC, CPI, and SPI to optimize value.
• Contracts & Claims: lead change orders/claims with legal and consultants.
• Requirements Management: maintain end-to-end traceability and evidence.
• Continuous Improvement: drive performance metrics and cross-team collaboration.
• Industry Engagement: represent CTS at events; travel as needed.
