Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems, a unit of Cubic Corporation, is seeking an accomplished executive to serve as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. The role partners with CTS leadership to drive growth, profitability and cash flow across a multinational portfolio of projects and programs.

Lead a global finance organization, ensure robust controls, accurate reporting and strategic planning, while guiding capital allocation and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fifteen years progressive finance and project accounting experience.
• Strong global people leadership with at least 10 reports for 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive the financial performance of Transportation Systems with proper financial controls.
• Develop the annual operating and strategic plan with the CTS Senior Leadership Team.
• Hire, develop and retain a high-performance global finance team.
• Influence pricing and bid financials.
• Drive large-scale transformation projects and infrastructure performance with earned value practices.
• Ensure cash return by implementing effective processes and policies.
• Provide deep, analysis-based business insights to senior management.
• Oversee capital allocation via CAPEX, R&D and other investments.
• Interact with executives, sponsors and lenders to influence decisions.
