Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Director for Power Delivery Solutions to oversee engineering and professional services delivery on assigned programs. The role requires coordination with technical teams and management levels to ensure contract and technical requirements are met.

The candidate should have a strong background in electric utility engineering, with extensive experience, and excellent communication and leadership skills to drive program success across critical initiatives within the power

Qualifications

BS in Engineering with 10+ years of electric utility engineering experience.
Functional understanding of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
Advanced understanding of the electric power utility industry.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Excellent team building and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
Engage technical teams, review progress, and maximize program outcomes with engineering managers and section managers.
Collaborate with Section Managers on delivery of engineering activities and resource management; escalate performance issues.
Partner with the PMO to optimize program management and perform issue investigations as needed.
Develop financial forecasts of revenue and operating income; coordinate with BD/AM on client initiatives.
