Salesforce is seeking a Program Director to lead a portfolio of large-scale, multi-cloud and AI-enabled Salesforce implementations across LATAM. You will own delivery, health and financial performance, while coaching Senior Managers and Project Managers.

You will act as executive contact for customers, steer programs using data, and collaborate with Sales on scoping and expansions. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with some travel expected.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional services, consulting, or program/project management.
• 6+ years leading large-scale technology implementations or a portfolio of programs (Salesforce preferred).
• Hands-on PM experience on client projects in software, CRM and SaaS environments.
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide programs, manage portfolios and budgets.
• Direct leadership of teams 20+ members and oversight of budgets and schedules.
• Strong financial acumen: revenue forecasting, budgets and engagement margin.
• Data-driven thinker using metrics to steer a portfolio and advise executives.
• Excellent communication and executive presence in Spanish and English.
• Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, including remote consultants.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth LATAM environments.
• Agile/Scrum delivery certification (PMP, PgMP or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Own the delivery, health and financial performance of a portfolio of Salesforce programs.
• Deliver programs on time, on budget and with high quality.
• Act as executive contact for customers and govern engagements.
• Steer the portfolio using data, prioritizing resources and risks.
• Brief executives on AI business cases and value metrics.
• Build strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders and drive expansion with Sales.
• Be accountable for portfolio revenue, margins, utilization and forecasts.
• Coach and develop Senior Managers and Project Managers.
