Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services seeks a Senior Technical Architect / Technical Architect Director to act as a strategic advisor and platform expert for large enterprise customers. You will shape roadmaps, guide architecture across cloud and data domains, and lead diverse teams to deliver scalable Salesforce implementations.

We value deep Enterprise Architecture expertise, strong communication with executives, and a track record of delivering complex solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects (Director level: 2-5 years of direct people management).
Strong application design skills with data, integration, and security architecture expertise.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted, strategic advisor and Salesforce platform expert to C-level stakeholders at high-profile enterprise clients.
Architect multi-cloud technology solutions across application, data, integration, and security domains.
Guide and lead cross-functional teams of architects and developers; for Director-level, direct people management of technical teams.
Facilitate executive workshops, drive program governance, and manage partner/customer negotiations.
Identify and proactively manage risk areas, seeing issues through to resolution.
Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions maintainable.
Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and adopting emerging technologies that drive business value.
Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the community's knowledge base and thought leadership.
