Maximus is seeking a Sr. Program Director to lead the NYS Thruway project, driving strategic direction, program performance, and client relationships. The role requires state government contract experience, tolling and call center leadership, with relocation offered for the right candidate.

The position is fully onsite within New York State, with a strong emphasis on executive presence and delivering on contractual obligations and financial targets. Salary ranges are provided below.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 12-15 years of professional experience in a related field required.
• Experience leading state tolling contracts.
• Experience leading large call center (~700 agents) and meeting KPIs, SLAs, quality and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee strategic direction of the NYS Thruway project and manage P&L.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and contract requirements.
• Lead client management and executive communications.
