Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead financial performance and delivery for market programs and client accounts. You will supervise project management staff, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition, and ensure adherence to governance and controls.

Responsibilities include procurement, contracting, planning and closeout, plus developing new business opportunities and cross-selling CBRE services in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from college or university.
• Minimum of eight years of related progressive experience.
• Experience supervising staff and managing project teams.
• LEED AP, PMP, CCM preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of market, program, and client accounts, including budgeting, actual results, forecasting and reporting.
• Lead project management staff and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage procurement, contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Develop new business growth and cross-sell CBRE services in the market.
• Coordinate reports to client and company; manage staffing and performance reviews.
