Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead corporate real estate projects for occupier clients, overseeing feasibility, lease negotiations, design, construction and handover. You will partner with brokers on feasibility, test fits, and transaction strategy, driving projects forward and managing client expectations.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers and GC teams, track budgets and schedules, ensure governance, and apply best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in corporate occupier, office TI, or professional services environments.
• 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as project management lead and occupier representative for corporate real estate projects from feasibility to handover.
• Partner with brokers on site feasibility, lease negotiations, test fits and transaction strategy.
• Drive projects forward, set expectations with clients and brokers.
• Oversee design and GC procurement, bid documents, RFIs and bid leveling.
• Produce detailed project schedules and track critical paths to avoid slips.
• Maintain project governance and best practices across projects.
• Prepare monthly status reports and maintain trackers (permits, inspections).
• Manage multiple projects in time, cost and quality.
