Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in CRO/Life Sciences, plus 12+ years in strategy execution or transformation.
• Proven portfolio management and project leadership experience.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and creating executive-level documentation.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in business is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for projects in the assigned EPMO portfolio.
• Support project teams to monitor progress and deliver value.
• Refine project plans with milestones and success metrics.
• Identify blockers and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Prepare clear governance documents for execs and boards.
• Lead post-mortems and foster continuous improvement.
• Integrate portfolio with overall EPMO goals and enterprise objectives.
• Coach project leaders on best practices and new methodologies.
• Champion AI integration in project methodologies.
• Provide resources and research support to project leaders.
• May supervise direct reports.
