Job summary

RockED is seeking a senior Program Manager to own Tier 1 partner programs post-sale, including OEM and dealer networks. You will manage relationships with partner stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guide program strategy for adoption and impact across RockED's automotive-training platform.

You will mentor junior program managers and drive reporting to leadership, while operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, account management, partner/customer success, or similar client-facing role.
• Automotive or dealer-industry background preferred.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate internal and external teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to senior stakeholders.
• Strong reporting instincts to turn data into a clear narrative.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Tier 1 partner programs from post-sale handoff to ongoing stewardship.
• Serve as the primary contact for partner and OEM stakeholders, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption.
• Partner with Content to shape training programs that meet partner and dealer needs.
• Own ongoing program health through usage reporting and content refresh planning.
• Build and deliver executive-ready reporting and business reviews for stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor and coach Program Managers on strategy, partner management, and complex accounts.
• Collaborate with Partner Experience, Product, and Marketing to resolve adoption friction and drive engagement.
• Operate with autonomy, running point on programs.
