Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Sr. Manager, Program Delivery to guide the successful execution of complex, cross-functional technology programs that drive client value. You will partner with delivery teams, sales, solutions and customers to ensure alignment, transparency and measurable outcomes.

You will mentor project managers and delivery leads, manage scope, budget and schedule, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years leading program managers in professional services or managed services.
• Experience in a leading consulting firm overseeing large complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of programs by managing scope, budget, schedule and quality.
• Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and protect outcomes.
• Maintain trusted client relationships from executives to tech leaders.
• Escalate program concerns and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions and Account Teams for alignment on client vision.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting accuracy and contract terms.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, consultants and technical experts.
• Staff to meet current and upcoming delivery demands.
