World Wide Technology seeks a Sr. Technical Delivery Manager in a role focused on leading end-to-end delivery across WWT’s services portfolio. You will own executive delivery accountability for quality, financials, customer satisfaction, and growth within strategic accounts.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive delivery leader and trusted advisor for strategic accounts across WWT.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with client executives and align WWT capabilities with client priorities.
• Lead executive governance, steering committees, and quarterly business reviews.
• Anticipate client needs, identify risks, and shape solutions that strengthen partnerships.
• Provide end-to-end oversight of complex, multitower programs spanning infrastructure modernization, multi-cloud migration/operations, security architecture, and DevOps.
• Oversee digital workspace, collaboration, and end-user experience initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery across ATC labs, integration centers, consulting teams, and OEM/ISV partners.
• Establish governance, KPIs, dashboards, and quality standards; manage risks and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with Account Managers and leadership to shape opportunities and craft solution architectures and roadmaps.
• Lead or support pre-sales activities including scoping sessions, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Develop high-quality SOWs, delivery models, and risk assessments balancing value and feasibility.
• Be the delivery voice in deal shaping to ensure commitments are deliverable and profitable.
• Contribute to account planning, pipeline development, and expansion opportunities.
• Own financial performance including revenue, margins, forecasting, and cost management.
• Ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments and commercial frameworks.
• Manage SOWs, MSAs, change orders, and consumption-based models.
• Collaborate to pursue growth across consulting, integration, and technology services.
• Mentor and develop delivery teams; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Model WWT values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Champion delivery excellence across programs.
