Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director of Product Development & External Manufacturing Communications in Princeton, NJ. You will translate complex scientific and manufacturing priorities into compelling communications that engage employees, protect enterprise reputation, and support business goals.

You will counsel senior leaders, develop integrated internal/external programs, and collaborate across Global PDS and Corporate Affairs to deliver impactful messaging and change

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, public relations, journalism, business, life sciences, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to counsel and influence senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization.
Exceptional writing, presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated internal and external communications strategies.
