Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Buying and Operations teams. You will handle clerical work, maintain event reports, and track orders across PO, MO, and distribution flows.

You’ll also assist ecommerce readiness and coordinate photo requests and product data for online platforms. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organization, and data-entry skills, with proficiency in Excel/Word, and the ability to work on-site in Indianapolis, with long hours during

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and speed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; internet skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update event reporting statistics and historical figures.
• Enter and track Purchase Orders, Manufacturing Orders, and vendor RTVs.
• Support ecommerce readiness, including photography requests and product information.
• Handle clerical tasks and act as liaison to customer service for ecommerce.
