Job summary

Leidos is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator to join the Defense Sensor’s Persistent Surveillance Portfolio in Huntsville, AL. You will provide comprehensive program management support, coordinating schedules, budgets, procurement, travel, and data management to keep the program running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a BA in Business or Public Administration (or related field) with 4–8 years of experience, or a Master’s with 2–6 years, and are U.S.

Qualifications

• BA degree from an accredited institution (preferred in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field) plus 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in program administration, preferably within a government contracting environment.
• Must be a US Citizen, possess and maintain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Proven experience supporting complex programs and projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage program schedule, budget, communication, and documentation.
• Maintain program calendars, deadlines, and milestones.
• Assist with the procurement process, including researching potential vendors, preparing requisitions, and managing purchase orders.
• Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for program meetings and conferences.
• Manage program databases and ensure accurate data entry.
• Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
