Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling across medium to large-scale transportation programs. This leadership role focuses on integrating multiple project schedules into a cohesive program schedule, managing interdependencies, risks, and resource alignment while partnering with project managers and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 8 years of relevant scheduling experience.
• Experience with schedule management on transportation programs.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple projects and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling-related activities for medium to large-scale programs.
• Integrate multiple project schedules into a comprehensive program schedule.
• Identify, develop, and correlate program schedule activities with associated program plans.
• Provide periodic updates and documentation to Program Management and senior leadership.
• Conduct analysis to identify interdependencies and mitigate risks to maintain program integrity.
