Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Cost & Schedule Manager to join the Scheduling and Business Management leadership team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on cost, performance reporting, forecasting, and compliance for program execution.

The candidate should have 8+ years in business management (or 6+ with a Master’s), strong MS Project and Integrated Master Schedule experience, and the ability to obtain an Interim or Active DoD Secret Clearance. Travel approx. 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Management with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and development of an Integrated Master Schedule.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Extensive knowledge of program execution for cost and compliance.
• Strong background in leading teams or organizations directly or indirectly.
• Ability to obtain an Interim or Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost and performance reporting, financial forecasting, earned value management implementation, and audit compliance.
• Partner with Program leadership, Integrated Product Teams, and control account managers to manage baselines and cost performance.
• Support proposals and risk/opportunity assessments for programs.
