Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Manager Program Control 2 for the Air Dominance Division, located in Palmdale, CA or El Segundo, CA. This leadership role directs a cost analysts team handling EVMS, funding, and program financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s with 7+ years of finance experience or a Master’s with 5+ years, active clearance, and strong skills in Cobra, SAP, and IPMR/IPMDAR familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years Finance/Business Management or Master’s with 5+ years of Finance/Business Management experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and financial analysis.
• Working knowledge of EVMS Software (i.e. Cobra), SAP, Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting principles.
• Must have an active US Government clearance and ability to obtain SAP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision activities including performance goals, reviews, and timecard approvals.
• Develop employee skills, evaluate performance, and oversee EVMS implementation and cost/schedule reporting.
• Support customer IBRs, DCMA audits, and other reviews; ensure timely contract deliverables (CFSR, CSDR, IPMR, CWBS).
• Interface with program office and external auditors on EVMS tasks, issues, and performance measures.
• Assist in proposal preparation and negotiations to ensure cost management alignment.
