Job summary

Bowhead seeks an experienced Program Analyst, Journeyman to provide acquisition and budget support to PMA-275 V-22 Osprey Joint Program Office (JPO) Program Office. The Program Analyst will apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with five to nine years relevant experience (NAVAIR preferred) or an Associate’s+2 years or four extra years in lieu of degree.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience required (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of PMT and CSPT required; SharePoint and MS Teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition expertise for procuring hardware, software, and services and align planning documents with policies and strategies.
• Develop PID packages and enter into PMT; monitor contracts and funding; provide weekly updates.
• Enter and update SPID information for IPT Leads into CSPT and maintain budget status databases.
• Maintain and organize data from N-ERP, CSPT, and PBIS; support procurement with progress reports and cost/schedule data.
• Assist in evaluations of proposals and Bases of Estimate; track contract performance.
