Job summary

Bowhead is expanding its PMA-275 program support for the V‑22 Osprey at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role focuses on disciplined program management and mission readiness through documentation, analysis, and coordination with PMTs.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or substitutions), 3–8 years of PM experience, RDAIS, PSTRAP, AMS, and CDRL tooling, plus Secret clearance and US citizenship. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or substitution as noted.
• 3–8 years of relevant program management experience.
• Experience with RDAIS reporting requirements and data timelines.
• Experience developing PSTRAP documents and staffing plans.
• Proficient with AMS, CDRL tools, and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Secret clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of program documentation (APs, ASR, PID, SOW, CDRLs, and APBA).
• Assesses procedures for compliance with specs, contracts, and mission requirements.
• Attends, analyzes, reports on briefs, papers, meetings, and review boards.
