Job summary

HRB is seeking a Strategic Program/Project/Management Analyst (Journeyman) in Lexington Park, MD to apply analytic techniques, evaluate objectives, and track program status. This role requires US citizenship and an Active Secret clearance, with a Journeyman BA/BS and 3–10 years of experience.

Responsibilities include requirements development, budget and schedule analysis, and coordination across PMA-202 teams.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level with 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Journeyman – BA/BS degree required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a security clearance (Active Secret).

Responsibilities

• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives.
• Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Perform management, technical, or business-case analyses.
• Track program status and schedules and interpret data.
• Support documentation, change control and data management processes.
