Job summary

SpeedPro Windy City, a large-format printing and signage studio, is seeking an experienced account manager to own multi-location relationships across franchise systems, national brands, and agencies. You will grow the program by expanding locations, product lines, and longer agreements.

You will coordinate site rollouts, manage vendor onboarding and insurance paperwork, and maintain a single point of contact for clients. Some travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in B2B account management with revenue growth responsibility.
• Experience with multi-location, franchise, or program accounts in any industry.
• Comfortable with specifications, dimensions, and production files.
• Organized enough to run many concurrent orders across many sites.
• Clear, direct writer with strong email/documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and local travel to client sites.
• Based in Downers Grove with flexibility for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing national and franchise accounts and land new program accounts.
• Scope, quote, and manage rollouts across many sites; manage onboarding paperwork.
• Be the single point of contact; run quarterly reviews and resolve issues in writing.
