Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Production Scheduling (MPS, MRP) and capacity planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules for press operations to meet demand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, purchasing, and logistics.
• Create capacity requirements and level load based on inputs.
• Adjust plans to mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor capacity constraints and propose improvements.
• Plan labor hours and machine capacity; manage bottlenecks.
• Create and release production orders from ERP outputs.
• Maintain inventory levels with safety stock and forecasts.
• Develop and report KPIs; support decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.
