Job summary

Hexcel in Casa Grande, AZ, USA seeks a Production Scheduler to support manufacturing operations. You will create, approve, and release manufacturing orders, coordinate with production, engineering, purchasing, and quality assurance, and monitor order status to keep schedules on track.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and at least two years of related experience, proficiency with AX or similar MRP software, strong organizational and clerical skills, and solid computer and MS Office

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and minimum two years of related work experience or training.
• Proficient with AX or similar MRP software; APICS certification strongly preferred.
• Organized with strong clerical skills; proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient typing and 10-key skills preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide; good data interpretation.
• Eligible candidate must be: U.S. citizen, national, or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Create, approve, and release manufacturing orders to support operations.
• Coordinate schedule requirements with production and support groups.
• Track open orders to ensure on-schedule completion and escalate shortages.
• Provide timely feedback to Production Control and related teams.
• Monitor MRP data integrity for on-hand balances and material availability.
• Initiate and reconcile bin count requirements.
• Support achievement of inventory goals and capacity planning.
• Identify problem areas and propose short/intermediate solutions.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in implementation.
