Job summary

CassMac LLC in North Phoenix is seeking a Master Scheduler to manage MRP, capacity, lead times, and assembly schedules for assigned products. You will identify, escalate, expedite, monitor, and resolve material and resource constraints to maintain on-time delivery.

The role requires 5 years of scheduling experience with ERP systems, strong data analysis, and excellent communication. Proficiency in Excel and access is preferred. 40-hour weeks in a fast-paced aerospace environment are expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of manufacturing scheduling and planning ERP system experience.
• Advanced data analysis and problem solving skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations and Quality to meet deadlines and throughput.
• Use forecasts and capacities to ensure milestones and final deliverables.
• Maintain data and communicate with Management and peers.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and shipments are prepared.
• Develop work instructions for scheduling responsibilities.
• Participate in continuous improvement of scheduling processes.
