The selected candidate will update ERP standards, develop BOMs and routings, provide ERP support, analyze processes, and drive continuous improvement with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, enhancing data integrity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, BOMs, routings and change management.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Update and apply ERP standards for costing, planning and execution of operations.
• Provide technical support for ERP and related systems (investigations, reporting, capacity analysis).
• Develop Bills of Materials, process routings and configurations.
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency, productivity and accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Develop system enhancements to reduce manual work and improve data integrity.
