Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, stockroom operations, and shipping and receiving.
• Minimum 3 years of experience owning master production schedules within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership or people management experience.
• Experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person as ITAR-registered facility.

Responsibilities

• Level-loading daily production schedules, analyzing resource capacity to optimize throughput.
• Reviewing open and incoming orders for lead time accuracy and prioritizing production schedules.
• Proactively identifying and reporting potential issues impacting delivery commitments.
• Leading shortage and production meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Balancing current and future demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities.
• Working with Purchasing to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Assisting with new product introductions by coordinating pilot jobs.
• Providing leadership for a Production Planner.
